Born and raised in Colombia, South America. With a Bachelor in Design from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana I have more than fifteen years of experience in Design and commercial illustration.

Emigrated to Australia in 2004 and after spending a three year period in Bangkok I settled back in Sydney.

My commercial illustrations are loose and detailed at the same time, with a warm feeling and texture. Mostly hand drawn, then coloured as a PSD file with infinite untitled layers.

My personal projects reflect my interested in the aesthetic investigation of objects of keepsake that refer to my life journey.
With simple and organic proceses using humble basic tools and materials I bring my memories to life. Pencils, ballpoint pens, papier-mache, air clay, or any other material at hand in my messy studio.

I receive commercial illustrations and art commissions. My work has appreared internationally in books, magazines, products, exhibitions and more.

My Clients include
Allen & Unwin Publishers / American Express / Australian Financial Review / Bon Appetit Magazine / BVN Architecture / Clemenger Proximity / Energizer / INSIDEout Magazine / Sydney Morning Herald's Good Weekend Magazine / Landor / Mercedes Benz / Murdoch Books / Notebook Magazine / Nylon Guys / Peugeot / Random House / Saatchi & Saatchi / Singleton Ogilvy & Mather / Sydney Festival / Sunday Telegraph Magazine / TBWA/Chiat/Day / Sunday Telegraph Magazine London / The Furnace / Travel and Leisure...  and my mother.
